Ali Bey Club Kızılağaç Bali Houses (Antalya)

One of the most prestigious projects in tourism architecture. A luxury bungalow and villa ecosystem designed with entirely natural wood and stone craftsmanship, adhering to traditional Balinese architecture of Indonesia. Static wood engineering and insulation solutions resistant to the high-humidity Mediterranean climate have been applied.

Ali Bey Club Tekirova Bali Houses (Antalya)

A luxury accommodation complex integrated with nature, implemented in the Tekirova phase of the hotel chain. It is an architectural application project combining landscape architecture with building biology, each with its own independent pool and micro-climate areas, and featuring a unique wooden frame system.

Beymelek Kindergarten Antalya

This is a public educational building designed in accordance with early childhood education standards, prioritizing child ergonomics and safety. It is a nursery/kindergarten project shaped according to natural light optimization, flexible interior partitions, and pedagogical architectural principles.

Mediterranean Regional Hospital MR Radiology Annex Building

This is a healthcare building constructed to special heavy engineering standards for the placement of high-tech medical devices (MRI/MRI). It features advanced engineering and on-site application with magnetic field isolation (Faraday cage applications), radiation shielding, and sensitive medical device climate control infrastructure.

İDO Yenikapı Pier Renovation (Istanbul)

This is a structural renovation and refurbishment project for Yenikapı Pier, one of Türkiye's busiest maritime transportation hubs. It is a logistics-focused infrastructure project that includes corrosion resistance of marine structures, steel construction reinforcements, and modern interior rehabilitation, carried out without disrupting the operation of passenger terminals under high human traffic.

Example Neighborhood 3-Story Primary School

This is a 3-story educational complex built in full compliance with the Ministry of National Education's standard building specifications and with a high-strength load-bearing system according to earthquake regulations. It is a public investment incorporating classroom acoustics, fire escape scenarios, and materials engineering resistant to high student circulation.

Izmit 22,000 m² Factory Construction (Kocaeli)

This is a massive industrial facility project with 22,000 square meters of enclosed space, designed for heavy industrial production. It is a macro-scale industrial construction project including wide-span steel roof truss systems, static calculations for high-tonnage crane tracks, industrial floor concrete pouring, and transformer/energy automation networks suitable for production lines.

Izmit 4,200 m² Factory Construction (Kocaeli)

This is a 4,200 square meter industrial building project constructed to medium-sized industrial or logistics storage standards. This is an industrial facility where the assembly of prefabricated or steel frame structural elements, loading ramp infrastructure, fire extinguishing lines, and industrial ventilation systems have been successfully completed.
